Tree Maintenance for a Safer, More Appealing Yard

After performing a tree health assessment, the team at Top-Notch Tree Service determined that the homeowner’s maple tree had no serious issues that would require a hazardous tree removal. However, the canopy was severely overgrown and due for crown thinning.

Arborists moved forward with tree trimming and pruning. They strategically cut compromised branches that could have impacted the tree’s health. In addition, experts trimmed overgrown sections so more sunlight and wind could move through the canopy.

Safety was the top priority, as the crew did not want any branches encroaching on the home or impeding the sidewalk. They were careful not to remove too much of the canopy, as the tree might struggle to recover.

How Tree Trimming, Pruning, and Removal Makes Space on a Crowded Property

The client had two overgrown trees in a small section of their property. In order to maximize space in the yard, the crew removed one that was growing too close to the house. Pruning the crown of the remaining tree helped the property look less crowded and well maintained.

After arborists finished both projects, the property was completely transformed. The homeowner had more open space in their yard as well as peace of mind.
